A high loss rate, does not necessarily mean many Medals, though. Like last week, we only have Three Medals to hand out, ann Three are Dietmar Althoff Bronze Medals. The recipients are: Travis Frederick of the Scimitars, Felix Ajona of the Rangers and Darian Durant of the Griffins. Durant is interesting because he is the 4th GRiffin this season to receive the DA Bronze Medal. No other teams has received that many BRonze medal to different players thus season. Also, he is the first quarterback to receive a DA Medal this season (Andrew Luck does of course have his Von Kassel Gold Medal).
Finally, we report the death of former recipient of a DA Bronze Medal, Ricky Wagner of the Avalanche, who was killed by a foul from a Von Kassel recipient, young Ann-Katrin Lexer of the Crumson Cascade.
