The tragic slump in killing and perming players regrettably continued into play-offs. Losing only 480tv, this was the worst play-off since season 3, when only 200tv was lost. In Season 6, a total of 11.700tv was lost, while season 5 reached 12.300 and season 4 12.680. When we also keep in mind that the current teams have more skills and correspondingly higher tvs, the Development is not a healthy one. We can only hope that fans and sponsors will still find this sport more interesting than others, but it is no sure thing.
Despite the general tendency, there are of course always players that raise above mediocrity and do their duty on the altar of NUFFLE and for the best of the sport we all love. Two more Medals were handed out this season, bot DA Bronze Medals. These two were Chad Clifton of the Patriots and Chris Jones of the Bruisers. For Jones, this was his second DA Bronze medal this season, so he gets it with crossed maces. Well done!
