Oh blessed season… another big week for the DA Awards committee.. No less than 1300tv lost this week. That is the second highest loss in one week ever, after week one this season 🙂 Oh, what a great time this is! 1300tv is also 70tv higher than week 2 last season, bringing the total accumulated tv to 710tv above last season. Also, for the second week in a row, there are NINE Medals to be handed out, although one of them is really given for a retirement of a player permed in week 1. Three of them are DA Bronze Medals, and they go to Hartmut Hass of the Grizzlies, Jalen Collins of the Universe and Bieito Reixas of the Wreckers. Four DA Silver Medals are also handed out; to B.J.Dubose and Colin Cole of the Vikings, Micha Muller of the Buccaneers and Jonny Jones of the Razorbacks. B.J.Dubose has one Silver Medal from before and gets it with Crossed Maces, while Jonny Jones has received it twice before and thus gets it with Crossed Swords. The final two Medals are Von Kassel Silver Medals to Danny Vitale of the Manticores and Warren Graham of the Cardinals. Congratulations!
Also, three former Medal Holders left us this week. One of them was Derek Trotter, the Greenskins’ killer blitzer legend. Trotter held two DA Bronze Medals. Trotter’s comrade-in-arms Ameer Abdullah is also gone. He held a DA Bronze Medal. Grizzlies killer blitzer Siffridus Draken is the third dead former Medal holder. He was killed twice in the game vs Manticores. He held a DA Silver Medal and two DA Bronze Medals. Rest in Peace, all three!
