DA Awards season 9 – week 14 update

Is the competition heating up as the final rounds becomes deciding With respect to plau-off spots? Or are coaches simply listening to me? Anyway, we are back in the float zone, as tv loss for this week raises to 870! This was 250tv more than last week, and also 310tv more than same week last season. Very Nice, everyone! We thus added 310tv to accumulated score and is now 2010tv above last season!  Keep this up in the last two weeks and we are surely looking at a record high tv loss!

We are also happy to hand out five new Medals this week. They are as follows:

  • A DA Bronze Medal to Simon “007” Cox of the Buccaneers. He has a Bronze Medal from earlier this season, and thus gets it with Crossed Maces.
  • A DA Bronze Medal to Juqua Parker of the Legion. He has a Bronze Medal from an earlier season and thus gets it with Crossed Maces.
  • A DA Bronze Medal to Leo Nomellini of the 49ers.
  • A DA Silver Medal to Brane Zidina of the Rangers.
  • A VK Silver Medal to Peter Smoglswane of the Avalanche

A melancholy time at the DA Memorial this week, as five former Medal holders left us. Edd de Vries of the Universe Held a DA Bronze Medal and a DA Silver Medal. Matthew Clarkin of the Sharks held a DA Bronze Medal. Darius Fleming of the Bruisers also left us, and the Bruisers strongman held the DA Bronze Medal with crossed Maces. Killer blitzer Jason Taylor, late of the Bandits, but former player of Patriots and Scimitars also left us. He is famous for being the player who killed Dietmar Althoff of the Crimson Cascade, the player that these awards are named after, and held four Medals in total. These were the DA Bronze Medal with Crossed Maces and the DA Silver Medal with crossed Maces. Finally Foxes ogre stalwart M’Grash K’Tragsh left us. He held two DA Medals, one in Bronze and one in Silver. Rest in Peace, Brothers!
